• Visa Application form MUST be filled in ENGLISH.
• The passport number and all details in the appointment letter must be ACCURATE and MATCHING with the details mentioned in the applicant’s passport.
• Every applicant who needs a Visa needs to book an appointment.
• All the family members would need to book an appointment to apply at the VAC.
• At the time of appointment, if any of your details Do Not match, your application will not be entertained.
• Applicants without an appointment letter will NOT be entertained.
• Children below 12 years of age do not need to visit CKGS Visa Application Center.
