  • Visa Application form MUST be filled in ENGLISH.
  • The passport number and all details in the appointment letter must be ACCURATE and MATCHING with the details mentioned in the applicant’s passport.
  • Every applicant who needs a Visa needs to book an appointment.
  • All the family members would need to book an appointment to apply at the VAC.
  • At the time of appointment, if any of your details Do Not match, your application will not be entertained.
  • Applicants without an appointment letter will NOT be entertained.
  • Children below 12 years of age do not need to visit CKGS Visa Application Center.

Value Added Services

For the comfort of Visa applicants, CKGS has introduced the following optional Value Added Services (VAS).


  • Courier Delivery Service (Within Tehran)

    This Service will enable applicants to allow delivery of passports to designated address of choice within Tehran City limits. Thus, eliminating the need to visit the application centre for collection of passport.

  • Courier Delivery Service (Outside Tehran)

    This Service will enable applicants to allow delivery of passports to designated address of choice outside Tehran City limits. Thus, eliminating the need to visit the application centre for collection of passport.

  • Photocopy Service

    Service will enable applicant to take photocopy (b/w) of supporting documents at the visa application centre. This will eliminate the requirement to search for such a service and making multiple visits to the visa application centre thereby offering convinience to the applicant.

  • Photograph

    This service will enable applicant to submit photo in line with specification laid down by the Embassy of Italy and in accordance to schengen visa rules and regulations.

  • Printing Services

    This service will enable applicants to take printout of any documents, eliminating the requirement to search for such a service and making multiple visits to the application centre.

  • Insurance

    CKGS can link with Insurance agency that can provide Schengen Travel insurance which is 100% complaint with Schengen Requirements according to the regulations of the European Union. Based on the chosen plan, the appropriate fee will be determined at the VAC at the time of your appointment.(Note: Amount will be collected in Rial)

  • Assisted Form Filling (for form filling at the VAC)

    This service will enable applicant to fill up the visa application form in the waiting area with the support and guidance of a CKGS service executive. The service executive will provide complete from filling assistance and help the applicant in the process. Ideally, applicant are expectd to b filling up their visa application by themselves.

  • Premium Service

    CKGS is delighted to offer "Premium Service" at its visa application center for applicants who like to avail a better service by paying nominal fees.

    Premium Services includes the following:

    • Specialized seating arrangement with lounge facility.
    • Direct access to our premium lounge enabling ease of submission of documents and capturing biometric data at our premium counters.
    • Free of charge cool and hot beverages at the disposal of the visa applicant.
    • Complimentary Courier Delivery service (within Tehran).


    The services offered are not restricted or limited to the above mentioned list.

    * Premium service does not guarantee Visa Issuance or a faster turnaround time. It is just to avail the visa applicants of a higher quality and personalized service.
